M2P is backed by reputed investors - fintech industry veterans (such as Amrish Rau - PayU, Kunal Shah - CRED, Jitendra Gupta - Jupiter, etc) as well as reputed international venture capital funds (such as Insight Partners, MUFG, Tiger Global, Beenext, Flourish Ventures and Omidyar Network).Responsibilities :- Become the SME of the Core Banking Product: Become the single point of contact for all functional and technical queries for the product under scope. - Developing and maintaining the product roadmap: Work with stakeholders to develop a roadmap that outlines the key features and milestones for the product, prioritized based on business value and customer needs. - Working with the development team: Work closely with the development team to ensure that the product backlog is clear and actionable, and that the team has the information they need to build high quality products. - Managing the product backlog: Maintain a prioritized backlog of features, epics, and user stories that the development team will work on in upcoming sprints. - Managing stakeholders: Responsible for managing the expectations of internal and external stakeholders and ensuring that the product backlog reflects their needs and concerns. - Communicating with stakeholders: Responsible for communicating the product vision, roadmap, and backlog to stakeholders, including the development team, business leaders, and customers. - Making trade-offs / Prioritize: Responsible for making tough decisions about trade offs between features, timelines, and resources, to ensure that the product is delivered on time. - Measuring success: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the Core Banking product and ensure that it is meeting business and customer needs.- Working with the development team to upgrade, Enhance Core Banking functionality which include CASA , Term Deposit , Loans , Cash Credit , overdraft and Forex Module.- Participating in sprint planning and review: Participates in sprint planning and review meetings to provide input on the priority of the product backlog items and to review the progress of the development team. - Product Documentation: Own Product documentation right from BRD,FSD, Product Capability notes, Product Manuals and Sales PPT. Who You'll Need to Be : - You have 5+ years full-time work experience in Banking product/Fintech.- You have worked for 1+ years in an engineering background either in core development or into infrastructure engineering would be an advantage. - You have prior experience in working closely and cross-functionally with a number of diverse teams including Technology, Dev, Operations, Customer Support, Analytics, Content, Design and other critical decisioning teams. - Experience in taking quick decisions basis data & analytical inputs. - Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority - Sharp eye for detail and highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to mentor teams.
