Responsibilities - Develop and execute innovative brand strategies that align with overall business objectives and enhance brand equity
- Lead the development of brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all channels
- Conduct market research to stay informed about market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities, and use insights to inform brand strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure alignment between brand strategies and business goals
- Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are on-brand and effectively communicate key messages
- Oversee the creation and implementation of brand guidelines to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Analyze and interpret data related to brand performance, consumer feedback, and market trends to make data-driven decisions
- Manage and mentor a team of brand professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with external agencies and partners to support brand initiatives
- Monitor and manage the brand budget effectively, optimizing resources for maximum impact
Requirements
- MBA/MICA graduates are preferred.
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar brand-focused role, with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate and present ideas effectively
- In-depth knowledge of branding principles, marketing strategy, and consumer behavior
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for brand management
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for design aesthetics
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
