Recruiter

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and sourcing suitable candidates for various roles within SellingOS, screening resumes, and conducting interviews. The Recruiter will also be responsible for managing the hiring process, maintaining candidate database, and communicating with hiring managers and senior leadership.

• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interviewing
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in digital marketing or ecommerce industry is a plus
