Role: Sr. Project Manager
Experience: 8+ years
Timing : 9 AM to 6 PM (5 Days of works)
Salary: Based on the Experience
Location: Chennai – Hybrid (willing to visit office once in a while based on requirements)
Role Description :
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful execution of our internal projects across various domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a proven track record of driving teams to achieve outcomes by effectively managing data and processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across different domains to ensure effective collaboration and project success.
• Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress and adjust as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Manage the project budget, including resource allocation and cost estimation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans as needed.
• Ensure that all project documentation is maintained accurately and is accessible to all team members and stakeholders.
• Drive adherence to project management processes and standards, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. • Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders through regular reports and presentations.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role managing complex projects.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Experience in managing projects that involve data analysis and process optimization.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project objectives.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and drive projects to completion.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
Additional Requirements:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to adapt to new challenges and learn from them.
• Experience in the specific domain(s) related to the company's internal projects is a plus
