• This is Field job, You will be required to be in the market to meet customer/client.
• Recruitment of Team, Field calls and Visits with team and Handle to Team
• You are required to support Financial Consultant on pre and post sales (claim settlement etc.).
• You are required to focus on quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium).
• This is field job which requires travelling to partner or customer location, you may be required to have two wheelers.
• You will be evaluated mainly on your ability to build a strong distribution and sustainable network to meet your business targets.
• Guiding the Team to sell the products on the market.
• Team Management and team handling.
