We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Data Analyst to join our Gracenote Content operations team. This team is responsible for organizing and enriching our vast metadata, enabling our clients to make the most of our content. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in measuring data quality, combining datasets, and providing valuable insights to our clients. Your expertise in analytical systems, data visualization, and data automation will contribute to our goal of proactive communication and maintaining high-quality standards. Knowledge of AWS cloud services is a plus. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Collaborate with the Quality Office and cross-functional teams to understand Gracenote's data flows and provide insights into the data quality for our Video, Music, and Sports clients. - Utilize various tools to implement modular code, refine data queries, and analyze data from multiple sources to answer client and internal queries. - Integrate, summarize, validate, and disseminate data from several systems to present feasibility and data quality recommendations to stakeholders. - Analyze and validate data quality measures, implement quality escapes, and develop reports and dashboards for monitoring metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) of GN Content.

Qualifications

and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and at least 5 years of experience in Data Analytics. - Strong hands-on experience with SQL, data warehousing, dashboarding, and reporting with large datasets and multiple data sources. - Proficiency in data analysis and providing insights without advanced familiarity with datasets. - Experience creating KPIs and using BI reporting tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, etc. - Extensive experience with scripting languages, such as Python, R, Talend, and a track record of clean and efficient code design. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to collaborate with global partners.
