Role Description This is a full-time on-site Senior ODOO developer role located in Kozhikode. The Senior ODOO developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customized ODOO applications for clients, as well as integrating them with other systems. The Senior ODOO developer will also be responsible for leading and mentoring other developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the development of new software products. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in the field Expertise in Accounting Module High-stakes project skills Strong experience with ODOO development and customization, including technical modules, reports, and dashboards Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and Linux Experience in web development, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Experience in ERP and CRM development and implementation is a plus A strong understanding of agile development methodologies is a plusJob tags
