Vimerse Infotech operates in the information-technology-and-services industry.

Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking an analyst to join our Service Desk team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A B.Tech./B.E. degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in Service Desk
  • Good communication skills and ability to handle Service Desk-related queries
  • Proficiency in Windows, ServiceNow, Active Directory, and O365
  • A notice period of not more than 1 month

In addition, we are also seeking a Senior Analyst, who should have:

  • A B.Tech./B.E. degree in Computer Science or any graduate qualification
  • 2+ years of experience in Service Desk
  • Experience in L2 support and good knowledge of Service Desk-related queries
  • Proficiency in Windows, ServiceNow, Active Directory, and O365
  • A notice period of not more than 1 month

Additionally, we are seeking an Assistant Manager with the following qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a Service Desk environment
  • At least 1-2 years of experience leading a team
  • Excellent communication skills

Candidate Qualifications

The following qualifications are mandatory for all positions:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Windows, ServiceNow, Active Directory, and O365

Required Skills

Analyst and Senior Analyst positions require proficiency in Windows troubleshooting, while an Assistant Manager should have experience in managing teams.
