MOURI Tech provides a transparent, healthy, and favourable work environment with teams and business units seamlessly connected across the organization.Job Title - Network engineerExp - 3 to 5 yearsLoc - Hyderabad Job Description:- Skilled administration of network systems- Plan, design, deploy, troubleshoot, and audit end-to-end network solutions- Participate in engineering discussions, working with internal and external teams- Be an escalation point for our Tier 1 support- Planning, implementation, and maintenance of a multitude of communications platforms and technologies. - Work closely with other engineers and architects to develop technical documents, and to implement new technologies as part of large-scale lifecycle programs and enterprise key initiative. - Track and resolve issues as they come in- Work with operations to understand and resolve network issues- Follow ITSM/ITIL procedures regarding changes and incidents- Communicate updates to necessary parties- Ownership, coordination, and collaboration for any issues brought to your attention to resolution- Manage escalations and expedite with vendors when necessary (ref:hirist.tech)
