Education- BE/ Btech

Experience- 3 to 6 years

Job Description:

-Sensitive to appearance and color harmony.

-Knowledge & understanding of Automotive Paint, Plastic, Textile.

-Understanding of Quality & detailing.

-Eyesight to pass Farnsworth/Munsell 100 Hue Color Acuity to Superior Discrimination.

-Detail oriented and organized. Can manage data, timelines and tracking and follow.

-Knowledge of CATIA, Photoshop etc.

-Coordinate visual reviews for all appearance level plaques and parts.

-Assist with mastering for production: sign-off of new masters, match to master development as needed.

-Conduct vehicle reviews to assess perceived and aesthetic quality of interior and exterior components throughout development stages.

-Manage Appearance Approval Review.

-Engage with suppliers to provide direction based on the product target and approval or rejecting parts.

-Support Paint/Plastic/textile development and manufacturing processes as needed.

-CMFG Matrix support.

-Coordinate design intent for production.
