# Collaborate with R&D teams to enhance new and existing product designs.
# Drive product reliability, yield improvement, and assembly rejection reduction.
# Oversee smooth productionization of new products, ensuring high yield.
# Assist in implementing new equipment and process changes.
# Establish and implement quality systems, SPC, and Poka-Yoke.
# Develop SOPs, work instructions, and job cards.
# Design and validate jigs, fixtures, and tooling.
# Engage stakeholders for equipment and line setup.
# Translate customer requirements into technical specifications.
# Create and propose assembly line concepts.
# Develop flow charts, control plans, and FMEAs.
# Evaluate supplier quotes and manage procurement.
# Prepare budgets and gain management approval.
# Qualify tools, equipment, and layout mappings.
# Provide training to operators and stakeholders.
# Troubleshoot process equipment using problem-solving techniques.
# Drive continuous improvement and cycle time optimization.
Analyze capacity and contribute to facility planning.
