Responsible for planning, strategy, direction, and execution for the Plant operations in compliance with company goals and objectives.
Ensure safety & efficiency of the facility by following safe practices at all levels.
Responsible for Manpower management, Optimization of resources & managing various plant operating functions such as production, finance, quality, planning, maintenance, purchase & logistics.
Should have in depth technical knowhow of Kitchen Appliances such as Mixer grinders & Gas stove product category.
Should have in depth knowledge of manufacturing eco system in Kitchen Appliances domain.
Drive continuous improvements to deliver operational efficiencies and enhanced compliance standards
Directing the development and implementation of key procurement strategies / contingency plans and ensuring that strategies & plans are aligned with production requirements
Planning & implementing the preventive & predictive maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliability and safety of plant equipment
Responsible to meet the cost objectives of the division & achieve gross margin targets.
Liaising with government agencies for smooth functioning of plant.
Job Requirements:
B. Tech or equivalent
Should have thorough understanding of Mixer-grinder & Gas Stove product category Manufacturing Eco System in India.
Should have worked as a plant head at least for 7-8 years in medium to large scale plants, preferably in similar industries.
Experience in running a Mixer grinder & Gas stove plant will be an added advantage.
