Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Health And Safety Officer role located in Amman. The Health And Safety Officer will be responsible for maintaining and improving health and safety standards in the workplace. The role involves conducting risk assessments, identifying potential hazards, creating safety policies and procedures, providing safety training, and investigating accidents and incidents. Additionally, the Health And Safety Officer will ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Health & Safety, Occupational Health, and Workplace Safety skills
• Experience in developing and implementing safety policies and procedures
• Experience in safety training and conducting risk assessments
• Knowledge of Environment Health and Safety (EHS) regulations and standards
• Certification in NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High School Diploma
