Qualification : Diploma - Mechanical + B.Tech/B.E.-· Mechanical or B.Tech/B.E.-· Mechanical with upto 4 to 15 yrs experience Job Location : Vadodara

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. You will be responsible for sharing proto planning to Coil production, Guide assembly production, Anker assembly planning. 2. You will be ensuring correct parts are stored in Kitting so that trials & Customer dispatch happens on time. 3. You will be providing training to Operator for Anker assembly & guide assembly as Prototype needs separate understanding as per need of design and checking guide depth to ensure its correct 4. You will handling over ready subassemblies & components to Design for trials & for Prototype preparation. (This Happens multiple times as Design changes, multiple trials happen). 5. You will be managing Resources & Monitoring production activity for large Proto type parts production & Ensuring availability of Packing material. 6. You will be monitoring Tooled up & PPAP lot production activity & Packaging and resolving minor issues. 7. You will be responsible for maintaining Data of Packaging dimension & Weight sharing with BD. Ensuring the movement of Package for dispatch within the premises & sometime coordination with courier services, collecting Invoice documents from Billing 8. You will be responsible for APQP Documents preparations on Project Management for all the phases. 9. You will be handing over parts for LIR to Quality & follow-up for Report readiness, Sign-off with Quality & Design, Scan & sharing to Customer or internally. 10. You will be ensuring Parts are issued in JDE from Sourcing, Quality status to 95 by Quality, so that FG stock appears in System for invoicing. Follow-up with IT for resolution, if any concern. 11. You will be supporting for testing and packing in case there are no manpower & Time is critical. 12. You will be responsible for Co-ordination, Communication & Follow-up with team members for timely completion of tasks to ensure Timely Customer delivery and creating WO for Trials, for DV & for Proto type parts (Multiple times based on iterations in design), Defining the activities in the PMS sheet & tracking the activities 13. You will be updating Dashboard and circulating through email (PM updates), Updating Customer matrix sheet, Updating delivery index sheet, Update Project Presentations with daily update/concern/LLC, Updating project's APQP documents. Phase off sign from the CFT team (Project structured folders), Updating Time plan for the allocated projects, planning of sub assembly activities, Updating Project dashboard and Child parts review of NPD projects and its planning as per customer dispatch.
