Job description
Facilio is rapidly scaling up, aiming to triple its ARR this year in the million-dollar B2B SaaS proptech industry. As a Product Marketing Lead, you will help us scale our customer base by owning pipeline acceleration goals and optimizing our GTM engine. As one of the early members of our team, you are pivotal in shaping the product marketing playbook for our niche enterprise SaaS platform.
What you'll own
You will be responsible for Facilios Connected CMMS GTM Strategy Execution
- Own Competitive Intelligence: Develop our competitive intelligence practice Drive the implementation of our competitive intelligence into our sales messaging. Interact with sales and customer implementation to capture market dynamics from the field on an ongoing basis. Ensure our website has strong differentiated messaging to position Facilio as the leader in the market (against incumbent competitors)
- Drive Messaging Alignment: Own the Connected CMMS messaging kit for sales Drive uniformity and ease of articulation in the pitch.Continuously iterate with sales on creating the best elevator pitch to convert prospects. Run periodic workshops/boot camps for customer-facing teams with compelling content around positioning, FAQs, and cheat sheets.
- Lead Category Evangelism: Partner with demand generation and digital to tell compelling stories that help build demand and drive revenue for Connected CMMS. Identify forums/communities with max ICP footfall and amplify Facilio's voice. Work collaboratively with third parties, media, PR and analyst relations teams to inform our overall product narrative and the thought leadership themes, to cement our positioning. Centrally manage the evangelism content calendar. Lead a team of in-house and external content writers to consistently deliver the content plan (webinars, blog posts, white papers, and more).
- Own ICP Win/Loss Analysis: Validate/update our ideal customer profile definition for Connected CMMS, by comparing it against our pipeline. You have a maniacal thirst to remove every ambiguity there could be in evaluating prospects against ICP. Maintain and grow our win/loss analysis program, capturing interviews and info from sales, customers, and potential buyers. Proactively engage sales to ensure high usage of win/loss insights for ongoing sales GTM improvement.
What makes you a great fit
- Basics: 5-7 years of product marketing experience. Available to work from our Chennai / Bangalore office.
- Demonstrated experience in product marketing that includes messaging and thought leadership, competitive analysis and positioning, quantitative and qualitative analysis, product launch management, GTM strategy, and leveraging customer and market insights to inform product roadmap, analyst relations, and more.
- Strong show-of-work: 6+ years of experience delivering compelling product marketing results.
- Strong program mgmt. skills: A track record of timely delivery on complex projects and showcasing clear results. The ability to influence cross-functionally and get things done (sales, product, design, demand-gen).
- High agency: In the face of problems, you are always ready with solutions, never excuses.
- Balancing strategy x execution: You have a knack for creating long-term, structured GTM frameworks while simultaneously identifying low-hanging fruit for immediate results.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills: This role demands someone who is in love with the spoken and written word, understanding the power that comes from rigorously documenting every little detail.
- Enterprise/SaaS obsessed: You have an innate affinity for working with large, global customers and understand how to best position products and solutions for this audience.
