Job description:

Sales:

Recruiting a team of financial advisor on commission basis and generate the business.
Monitoring and followup process for driving sales through advisors.
Identified the training needs of the agent and work with trainers to improve the same.
Delivering consistent sales output utilizing management and monitoring capabilities. Improve agent productivity and retention.

Required Candidate profile :

• Min 2 years in sales and marketing (Pharma FMCG BFSI Consumer Durable)
• Must be Graduate
• Must be local candidates
• Age between 21 to 38 years
