Role: Senior Java Engineer About Aventra: Aventra is a global IT consulting and IT services company with leading capabilities in digital transformation, cloud & Big data. Company Website: Work Location : Jakarta or Malaysia Work Experience : 3 -8 Years Educational Qualification : BSc/MSc in IT, Computer Science or Equivalent Responsibilities: To be involved in system development projects and work closely with Business Analyst on the system requirements. Responsible for analyzing user requirements, programming, implementing projects and providing support on various system/projects by using Java EE, Spring framework, ReactJS, Maven, Angular etc. To develop knowledge and expertise in the applications, utilities, underlying core programming skill sets and development methodologies and procedures used within the systems environment. Assist in the design of new/revised computer systems by studying existing systems, analysing user requirements, and specifying new/enhanced system components, and writing/amending programs according to specifications. R&D innovative technologies to improve the quality of our products. Skills & Competencies Requirements：5+ Experienced Full-stack application development using Java EE, Spring framework (MVC, JPA, Data, Data REST, Boot), ReactJS and Maven, Angular. Strong in Spring frameworks (MVC, IOC, Boot, Batch) and ORM framework like Hibernate Should have experience on JMS/Messaging and middleware like IBM MQ/Apache Kafka/service bus Extensive development experience with Web Services (SOAP and REST) Redis cache integration, Active directory integration Should have worked with Maven, JIRA, Jenkins, CICD deployment, code coverage, unit testing Understand existing application in short span of time and able to fix/enhancement Strong in design and technical documentation Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies and apply them to improve the product/services; Strong analytical skills Good in Design Patterns Should be Energetic, Enthusiastic and Adaptable to different environment. Should be a good Team Player. Creative and innovative, with a results-driven attitude. Self- motivated and ability to work independently. Possess effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills. Able to work with minimum supervision, as well as able to contribute team development and work under pressure.
