Job Responsibilities
Head of Finance to supervise all financial tasks of our company and ensure we use capital and resources beneficially. Head of Finance responsibilities include creating forecasting models, assessing risk in investments, and ensuring all accounting activities comply with regulations. Manage the finance team Leading complete F&A Operations Drive the company’s performance through robust Financial Planning & Reporting Perform risk management by analysing the organization’s liabilities and investments Decide on appropriate investment strategies based on cash & liquidity risks Evaluate and manage the organization’s fundraising plans (including Debt and Equity) and capital structure Ensure appropriate cash flow for the organization’s operations and growth Develop appropriate tax strategies Build a strong finance team with the right capabilities required for future growth o Set up and oversee the technology roadmap for finance Functional Requirements Qualified CA with minimum 15 years of experience Must have a strong background in handling the financials and financial strategy Be adept in dealing with Banks and NBFCs in getting good Credit lines Be familiar with Company Secretarial and Corporate Legal aspects; Leading & ensuring Compliance - Legal & Company's policies Proven experience of having worked in a similar capacity in the earlier organizations Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods Analytical Ability, Business Understanding, Strategic thinking Performing Risk assessment & management Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash & liquidity risks. Manage Capital Request & budgeting processes Control and evaluate the organisation's Fund-raising plans and capital Structure Investor relations, Due diligence, Valuation Assessment, Tactical initiatives for finance Key competencies: Ability to strategize and solve problems High on result orientation Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and people skills An analytical mind, comfortable with numbersJob tags
