Core Responsibility - To focus on developing relevant product expertise in the culuster and ensuring that these skills are utilized to garner business. a) Live out ESQ culture by leading on customer engagements b) Map the Neighbourhood with customer segmentation for relevant products: Create ready wishlist of 100 customers within the cluster. c) Regularly organise customer meets - with product experts and help create bonding of branch frontline with customers d) Scale up on designated product by ensuring high certification penetration (LUMOS & regulatory) e) Has an effective sales culture through implementing eDSR by focussing on creating excellent customer service standards. f) Meet the budgeted financial targets consistently every quarter without fail
