Job description

A Premium Fintech with 700 + employees is hiring for the mentioned profile

Job Responsibilities:

I. Offer Management

Draft and issue offer letters to selected candidates while coordinating with the candidate to communicate salary, benefits, and other terms.

Ensure that all necessary pre-employment checks and verifications are conducted.

Address candidate queries regarding the offer and related details.

Employee lifecycle management Onboarding to exit.

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires. Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth induction process.

Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with compa ny policies, culture, and expectations.

Ensure all required documents are collected/saved and filed appropriately.

Manage the exit process for departing employees.

Ensure the completion of all necessary exit documentation.

Coordinate with other departments to collect company property and revoke system access.

Process final settlements and conduct clearance procedures.

HR Systems & Operational activities

Able to handle and mange HRMS / HRIS. Is conversant with process principles and activities driven through systems.

Initiate the creation of employee IDs and system accounts. While managing entire employee lifecycle through HRMS.

Collaborate with IT and relevant departments to ensure timely provisioning of access.

Maintain accurate records of employee IDs and access privileges through systems.

Administer the leave and attendance management system. Tracking and monitoring employee attendance, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Leave maintaining up-to-date records as per compliance norms.

Handle requests for access modifications and updates.

HR analytics

Use data and statistical methods to analyse and interpret information related to human resources (HR) in order to make informed decisions and improve organizational performance.

Manage HR dashboards using available data and drive HR systems management.

Provide regular updates to management team through dashboards and other data driven analytics.

Work on adhoc report requests from management or other sources for due diligence requirements and auditor requirements etc. while engaging with them for their requirements.

General Responsibilities

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.

Stay updated on relevant labour laws and compliance requirements.

Participate in HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs, performance appraisals.

Manage all labour related compliances and ensure complete alignment with the existing norms.

Manage registrations and compliances related to ESIC, Gratuity, PF, New NPS Registration/Mapping previous PRAN etc. to current company.

Knowledge, Competency and Skills requirement:

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Excellent organization, written/ verbal communication, analytical, and presentation skills.

Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other relevant software.

Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.

Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Good MS Excel skills.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Excellent organization, written/ verbal communication, analytical, and presentation skills.

Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other relevant software.

Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.

Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Good MS Excel skills.
