Key Responsibilities: · Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external staff. · Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring efficient time management. · Assist in the preparation and follow-up of meetings, including agenda setting, taking minutes, and tracking action items. · Lead and manage specific projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO, ensuring timely delivery and success. · Draft correspondence, prepare reports, and provide other administrative support as needed to facilitate the Founder's ability to effectively lead the company. · Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and project progression. · Assist in financial management tasks, including budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting. · Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational policies, practices, and initiatives
