Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customerfocused Front Desk Executive to join our team at Powai Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience and possess excellent communication skills in English. As a Front Desk Executive you will be responsible for managing the front desk handling telephone calls greeting guests managing couriers and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage incoming and outgoing couriers efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Handle vendor management tasks and coordinate with suppliers.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
