Job Description :We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated JBPM (jBPM - Java Business Process Model) Specialist to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about process automation and business workflow optimization.Responsibilities :Design and Development :- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.- Design, develop, and implement JBPM solutions to automate business processes efficiently.- Collaborate with the development team to integrate JBPM components with existing applications.Configuration and Customization :- Configure JBPM workflow components based on specific project requirements.- Customize and extend JBPM functionality to meet the unique needs of different business units.Troubleshooting and Support : - Provide ongoing support for JBPM applications, identifying and resolving issues promptly.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and optimize JBPM workflows.Documentation :- Create comprehensive documentation for JBPM processes, workflows, and configurations.- Ensure that all development work adheres to best practices and complies with company standards.Collaboration and Communication :- Collaborate with other development teams, architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience as a JBPM Specialist or similar role.- Strong proficiency in Java and hands-on experience with JBPM workflow development.- In-depth understanding of business process modeling and optimization.- Familiarity with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) standards.- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Preferred Qualifications :- Certification in JBPM or Business Process Management (BPM).- Experience with integration of JBPM with other enterprise systems.- Knowledge of database systems and SQL.
