Job Description - Purchase Engineer/Technical Sourcing

1. Reviewing customer specification and prepare comprehensive professional proposals for centrifugal pumps, Mechancial seals, Valves etc. 2. Being a first line answering service for all customer technical questions. 3. Considering issues such as cost, safety and time constraints. Communicating with customers and suppliers to resolve technical issues. 4. Coordinating with the various departments- Design, R&D, Planning, Purchase and Production to get an update of various stages from enquiry to dispatch part and provide sufficient required details to the customer. 5. Negotiates prices and terms with suppliers to meet specified quality, delivery and cost objectives.
