Job description
1. Responsible for installations and commissioning
2. Responsible for call logging and closing
3. Responsible for customer trainings
4. Responsible for breakdown/Preventive maintenance
5. Responsible for 1st Line Application support
6. Management of the IPC Compliance
7. Responsible for the submission of the annual maintenance contract
8. Responsible for payment collection
9. QMS Adherence
10. Reporting - MIS
11. Managing the Team of Contract Engineer (as applicable)
12. Development of Team and Effective People Leadership as demonstrated by Leadership Commitments(if applicable)
Education & Experience:
Education: Minimum B.E / Diploma in Technical Preferred
Experience: Minimum 2-5 and 5-8 years work experience preferred
