Responsibilities
As a Pega CSSA you would be responsible for
- Configuring end to end case lifecycle, key processes, and choose the right Pega feature, tool, rule to meet the requirements.
- Perform tasks such as guardrail monitoring and remediation.
- Understanding and thrownness in product features such as channel integration, persona setup, data model designer, process modeler, security, navigation, data management and technical setup
- Configure visually appealing and intuitive user experience and screen visuals to match agreed project standard.
- Configure yourself or assist users to configure correspondence, reports on their own where feasible.
- Maintain data dictionaries, get reviewed with leads and data exchange & integration counter parts.
- Trouble shoot issues and provide fixes by using clipboards, tracers, and other tools built with in Pega.
- Support leads where required in providing accurate estimate, design and identify ways to remove impediments inhibiting team to achieve their sprint and/or project goals.
- Participate in all delivery activities throughout the end-to-end project lifecycle.
- Ensures critical features assigned to yourself or team members under your mentorship are of quality and design are of the highest standards.
- Ensure best practices and design guidelines are met.
- Should be able to perform design and code reviews as a delegate to the lead.
- Document and provide low level design artefacts for development.
- Perform cross functional role where required to support infra, environment, data, integration with or built on technology features your application is interacting.
- Be on self-start, Self-drive mode reducing management overheads.
- Adhere to the agreed ways of working (be it agile or hybrid) and suggest improvements to scrum expert for continuous improvement.
- In situations where a leads absence steps up to support the team to back full lead tasks
