Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Specialist to contribute to generating customer appointments and sales meetings for our company.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads, fix sales appointments, follow up on sales, maintain customer relationships, manage a good pipeline, and close sales.

The Inside Sales Specialist must be an excellent communicator, comfortable presenting products/services over the phone, and adept at handling complaints.

The goal is to help the company grow by acquiring customers and developing business.

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop sales targets, close deals online, and meet/exceed sales quotas.

Uncover business challenges, identify new opportunities, and execute timely follow-ups on leads.

Research targeted accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and close deals online.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, industry trends, and competition.

Consistently achieve individual and team performance goals.

Educate and nurture prospects, conduct demos, and assist them in understanding how our company can help.

Lead customers through an end-to-end sales cycle in collaboration with Pre-Sales and Support teams.

Nurture relationships with highly qualified opportunities.

Enter and update customer information in the CRM.

Keep records of calls, meetings, and sales, noting useful information.

Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.

Take and process orders following standard procedures.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales or other sales/customer service roles.

Track record of meeting quotas, preferably over the phone.

Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.

Ability to learn and describe/explain products and services to prospects.

Excellent knowledge of English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.

Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
