Job Overview for Graphics Designer & UI/UX Designer:
We are actively seeking a skilled Graphics Designer with a minimum of 1 year of corporate experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our marketing and development teams, contributing to the creation of visually compelling designs that align with our brand and business objectives. Key Responsibilities for Graphics Designer & UI/UX Designer:
1. Collaboration with Marketing and Development,
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals, target audience, and brand strategy.
- Collaborate with the development team to create visually appealing and functional designs for digital and print materials.
2. Timely Execution of Design Projects,
- Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality visual assets.
- Act as a key contributor to the overall design process, from concept development to final execution.
3. Corporate Branding,
- Uphold and enforce corporate branding guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design deliverables.
- Contribute to the evolution and enhancement of the corporate visual identity in alignment with organizational goals.
4. Immediate Joinee,
- The ideal candidate must be available for an immediate start to seamlessly integrate into ongoing projects.
5. West-Bengal Region Expertise,
- Understanding of local preferences and cultural nuances to tailor designs that resonate with the West Bengal audience.
Qualifications for Graphics Designer & UI/UX Designer:
- Proven experience as a Graphics Designer, and UI/UX Designer, with a minimum of 1 year of corporate experience.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and also proficiency in UI/UX DEsigning tool (Figma).
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
Skills for Graphics Designer & UI/UX Designer:
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Portfolio of design projects.
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision).
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
