Key Responsibilities :
- Exports Leadership :
- Global Market Expansion: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to explore and expand our international presence in the saturated and unsaturated polyester resins market.
- Export Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet or exceed global export quality standards, facilitating the seamless export of goods.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with international clients, understanding their unique requirements and ensuring satisfaction.
- Product Development :
- Customized Solutions: Leverage deep technical expertise to develop customized products in response to export customers' specific requirements.
- Innovation Drive: Lead the charge in researching and implementing innovative solutions, ensuring our product offerings remain at the forefront of industry standards.
- Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with technical teams to bridge the gap between client needs and product development, ensuring alignment with export market demands.
Qualifications :
- Proven leadership experience in export roles within the polyester resins or related industry.
- Deep technical understanding of polyester resin production processes and export market dynamics.
- Track record of successfully developing and introducing new products to meet specific customer requirements.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive business growth in global markets.
- Skills in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, and Product Development
- Expertise in Team Leadership and Customer Service
- Excellent Problem-Solving, Decision Making, and Multitasking skills
- Good Analytical and Interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- An understanding of international trade regulation and certifications specially relating to Polyester Resins Industry.
