Job Summary:

The HR Business Partner will collaborate closely with the HR Head to establish and maintain effective HR systems. This role involves implementing strategies in recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement, tailored to support the strategic growth of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

Performance Management System:

Design and implement a comprehensive performance management system.

Provide guidance and support to managers in the performance evaluation process.

Learning and Development:

Assess training needs and design development programs for employees.

Facilitate and monitor the effectiveness of training sessions.

Employee Engagement:

Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.

HR Consultation:

Act as a consultant to senior leadership on HR-related matters.

Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to guide decision-making.

Employee Relations:

Address and resolve complex employee relations issues.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Proficiency in data analysis and HR metrics.
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
