Responsibilities

• Prospect, identify, and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with personalized assistance and guidance throughout the buying process
• Conduct property viewings and present property features and benefits to potential buyers
• Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor analysis, providing insights and recommendations to the management team
• Attend industry events and network with key stakeholders to expand your professional network and generate leads

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in real estate sales
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of exceeding targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
