This is a full-time on-site role at the Corporate Office located in New Delhi, India
The candidate should ideally have experience and an understanding of the overall Cruise Tourism segment and its potential ex India
However at the same time given the nature of the product it would be a distinct advantage to have experience and contacts in B2B Sales of a high end niche travel or related product.
As a one point contact with the principles this position entails both sales and operations and would give the person the scope to develop this business as an independent profit centre.
Would be responsible for development, planning and execution of strategy, brand development, brand positioning/re-positioning, go-to-market plans and marketing campaigns as per the guidelines given by the principles.
Customer focused individual and versatile manager able to delivering quality services and developing a team as the business expands
Building long term relationships with clients, strategic business partners, key stakeholders and other customers.
Qualifications
Proven B2B sales experience ideally in the cruise line industry and river cruises
Strong Customer Service , Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with travel booking systems and procedures
Fluent in English (verbal and written communication)
