The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts. Responsibilities Strengthen our relationship with clients and company partnerships Plan and execute campaigns and events Track, analyse and report the success of those campaigns and events Create online and offline marketing content Empower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that help drive sales Conducting market research and competitor analysis. Carry out digital marketing activities through social media platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube etc. Development of marketing tools (data / presentations) to position SMPL’s value in the pharmaceutical Industry. Responsible for managing trade fairs related activities. Lead generation through Digital marketing. Should be able to create marketing content for publishing online and in pharma magazines. Strategy development and execution through primary & secondary research of markets/customers, and working with other departments in SMPL. Perform SEO related activities for Snowbell's website. Conduct customer interviews to build a deep understanding of the customer journey (buying process) and ultimately responsible for articulating the problems customer faces with the machines as an end user. Should have excellent communication skills in English for verbal and written communication. Requirements:- Graduate in Business related studies or similar ( BMS, BBA or MBA). B.E Mechanical engineer ( is a plus ) (2-3) years of experience in any of the following fields such as marketing, sales, strategy formation, data analysis or any other relevant field. Freshers are also welcome to apply provided they show keen interest in learning. Excellent skills in MS office. Should be able to work and communicate effectively in teams. Experience in pharmaceutical or machine manufacturing industry is a plus. English is a must and any other foreign language is a plus.Job tags
