Other Information :
- Manage all aspects of accounting operations, overseeing transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables, and reporting of financial statements.
- Prepare Inventory Reconciliation on a regular basis and follow-up with respective stakeholders for clearing old aging. Preparation of various inventory-related provisions as per defined company policy and get them audited by statutory/Internal auditors, resolving audit queries to the satisfaction level of the auditors.
- Perform various workings related to warranty (including insurance) and its amortization. Ensure month/quarter-end related provisions.
- Develop and maintain all necessary accounting policies, systems, and processes for smooth functioning of transactions and reporting of financials.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly segment reporting statements as well as report quarterly segments to senior management and for financial reporting.
- Handle PAN India Bank Reconciliation activities.
- Prepare business analysis month on month on various expense heads and provide insights to CFO as well as respective departments for transactions/events done currently along with areas of improvements and strengthening processes and controls for the future, which can help bring in maximum savings through correction measures via various initiatives.
- Ensure proper implementation of internal control over financial reporting for the areas directly in charge of.
