Job description
Core facilities management skills
If you're a graduate in any discipline, you will most likely to qualify for this role. You should also have 5-7 years of experience in facilities management. It would be great if you have tertiary qualifications in hotel management, building management and/or business.
- Site operations (BSS) – Following SOPs, Site rounds, Housekeeping, Low end technical services, Inventory Management, Material management, Mailroom management, Ensuring ZERO breakdown, Ensuring KPIs are met, Invoice submission to finance etc.
- Site Hospitality Lead – Overseeing the Dining services, employee engagement, drive innovation programs, execution of regional initiatives (hospitality program), coordination with medical team etc.
- Meeting Services – Site AV management and vendor coordination, coordination with Global meeting services technical lead for implementation of new initiative and enhancement of Meeting services, manage meetings, podcasts etc.
- Other Support Services – Occupancy planning, SRA and capital budget planning, move management, organising evacuation and fire drills, Labour compliance, statutory compliance, building compliance, project coordination activities etc.
