Job description
Konark Events a luxury destination wedding planner with 17 years in the events industry is based out of Jaipur. At Konark Events, we believe in providing clients with extraordinary wow experiences and fostering a highly cultural work environment for all our team members.
Responsibility & Duties
Your primary job will be to develop a strong rapport with the client from the Initial pitch till the closure of successful event.
The applicant must be an excellent communicator, a good listener, and most importantly passionate about the wedding planning and event domain. Your role involves: -
1. Connecting with clients and pitching details about our services
2. Schedule meeting & develop effective follow up strategies
3. Be a liaison between internal team and external client
4. Communicate clearly in their preferred language (Hindi, English, or Hinglish) with HNI and international clientele.
5. Lead management, and ensuring fruitful conclusion of the key Clients
6. Act responsible for the conversion of potential leads and review on monthly basis
7. Design a 30, 60, 90 days plan and self-drive the client relationship activities
8.Required Experience and Qualification
· 2-year degree from an accredited university in Event, Hospitality, PR, Journalism, Design, Media, Business Administration, or related major.
Key Skills Required
· Proficient in MS office, PowerPoint, and Word.
· Exhibits excellent interpersonal and Communication skills.
· Virtual Meeting Ethics & Comfortable using Online Meeting platforms (Zoom/Google Meet)
· Is familiar with the working pattern is hospitality industry.

Salary :- Remuneration ranges from INR 2LPA to 6LPA (CTC), as per the candidate Profile.
Preference:- Experience of 1 Year of Working in wedding planning domain or in Customer Success.
