Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to oversee our Credit Card Operations and do a Analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of credit card operations, including analytics, automations, utilization, and attrition. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and operational excellence to drive efficiency and profitability within the credit card domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the credit card Fraud domain, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to established processes and regulations.
- Perform analytics, utilizing data insights to optimize credit card performance, identify trends, and drive strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline processes, reduce manual intervention, and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor credit card utilization metrics and develop strategies to maximize cardholder spend while minimizing risk.
- Analyze attrition rates and develop retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty and minimize churn.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, risk management, and technology, to drive initiatives and achieve business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in credit card operations and analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field Master's degree preferred.
- 8 years of experience in credit card operations, analytics, or related roles, with demonstrated leadership and managerial skills.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience in developing and implementing automation solutions preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under pressure.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to credit card operations.
