JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical task. To be successful as a receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality as this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner while streamlining office operation multitasking and stress management skills are essential for the position the role may require working in shifts so flexibility is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITY

 Greet and welcome guest as soon as they arrive at the office

 Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

 Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls

 Ensured reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationary and material

 Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.

 Receive, sort and distribute Daily Mail/deliveries.

 Maintain office security by following safety procedure and controlling access via the

reception desk (monitor logbook is issue visitor badges)

 Order front office supplies and keep Inventory of stock.

 Update calendars and schedule meetings & keep updated records of office expenses and

costs

 Schedule appointments for patients

REQUIRMENT AND SKILLS

* Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office.

* Proficiency in Microsoft-office, excel &word.

* Hands on experience with equipment.

* Professional attitude and appearances.

* Solid-written and verbal communication

*Ability to be resourceful and pro-active.

*Excellent organization skill.

*Customer service skill.

Qualification for medical receptionist

 Any Bachelor's degree + 3yrs experience (Min 1yr experience in health industry)

 Friendly and compassionate skills.

 Strong organization skills.

 Strong verbal and written communication skills.

 Excellent organization and time management skills.

 Ability to work in team as well as individual.
