JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical task. To be successful as a receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality as this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner while streamlining office operation multitasking and stress management skills are essential for the position the role may require working in shifts so flexibility is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITY
Greet and welcome guest as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensured reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationary and material
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
Receive, sort and distribute Daily Mail/deliveries.
Maintain office security by following safety procedure and controlling access via the
reception desk (monitor logbook is issue visitor badges)
Order front office supplies and keep Inventory of stock.
Update calendars and schedule meetings & keep updated records of office expenses and
costs
Schedule appointments for patients
REQUIRMENT AND SKILLS
* Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office.
* Proficiency in Microsoft-office, excel &word.
* Hands on experience with equipment.
* Professional attitude and appearances.
* Solid-written and verbal communication
*Ability to be resourceful and pro-active.
*Excellent organization skill.
*Customer service skill.
Qualification for medical receptionist
Any Bachelor's degree + 3yrs experience (Min 1yr experience in health industry)
Friendly and compassionate skills.
Strong organization skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Ability to work in team as well as individual.
