Job Overview

We are hiring a Headmistress to lead and manage our educational institution in Modasa, Gujarat, India. The Headmistress will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of quality education, and fostering a positive learning environment for our students. This is a full-time position with a mid-level experience requirement of 4 to 6 years.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or related field
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in a leadership role in education
  • Knowledge of pre-primary education, early childhood education, and Montessori methods
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire teachers and students
  • Understanding of curriculum development and assessment practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy
  • Proficiency in computer applications and educational software

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and managerial oversight to the educational institution
  • Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations
  • Develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies
