Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies, policies and procedures, managing HR operations, and managing employee relations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR Management, HR Operations, HR Policies and Employee Relations
• Experience in managing Human Resources (HR) activities, with a focus on business goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work proactively, solve problems and implement solutions
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive information professionally
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
• A certification in HR Management is a plus.
