Position Overview:

As the Presales Manager at Bonito Designs, you will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, and conversion. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the initial stages of client interaction, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of client needs to lay the foundation for successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of pre-sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement innovative lead generation strategies to attract potential clients, leveraging digital marketing, networking, and other channels tailored to the interior design industry. Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their design preferences, lifestyle, and requirements to provide personalized design solutions. Pipeline Management: Oversee the pre-sales pipeline, ensuring leads are effectively nurtured and progressed through the sales funnel, coordinating with design consultants and project managers to ensure a smooth transition. Performance Analysis: Monitor pre-sales metrics and KPIs, conducting regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize lead conversion rates. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and operations teams to align pre-sales activities with overall business objectives and ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact to project execution. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to inform pre-sales strategies and maintain Bonito Designs' competitive edge.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in pre-sales management, preferably in the interior design or architecture or real-estate industry. Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a passion for mentoring and developing talent. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a keen eye for understanding client needs and preferences. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and CRM software. Creative thinker with a strategic approach to problem-solving and business development.
