Job Overview
We are hiring a Telecaller/Loan Executive to join our team at Qualifiyer. As a Telecaller/Loan Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our loan products, and assisting them in their loan application process. This is a full-time position with a salary range of [Provide Salary Range]. We are looking for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in telecalling or loan processing.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience of 1-3 years in telecalling or loan processing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of loan products and financial industry regulations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Good computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
- Customer-centric mindset and ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our loan products in detail
- Assist customers in filling out loan application forms and provide them with necessary guidance
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer details and loan applications
- Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent customer service
- Meet monthly targets for loan conversions and contribute to the company's growth
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
