Job Description

  • Take telephone inquiries regarding employment prospect and give appropriate advice.
  • Conduct processing of recruitment system and other documents for recruitment processing.
  • Assist new employees with all documentation that is required for completion upon commencement, ensuring all forms are complete and accurate prior to forwarding to Payroll.
  • Comply with all Corporate and Hotel Standards and Procedures.

Qualifications

Previous Human Resources leadership experience required

  • Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
  • University/College degree in a related discipline preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Highly responsible & reliable
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
