Job Description : • Ability to bring structure to an unstructured solution environment. • Articulate and ability to facilitate conversations between diverse functional and hierarchical groups to drive convergence of vision and viewpoints • Quick learner, has to have the ability to walk into unrelated industries assess assistance, to-be needs and re-use best practices from across multiple industries to craft the most appropriate solution. • Should be passionate about technology and its ability to transform businesses. • Should have a deep exposure to and expertise in Adobe/Sitecore suite (Experience Manager/Analytics/Audience Manager/Campaigns/Target etc.) around Marketing with focus on its CMS tool o Well aware of content lifecycle management on AEM (right from content authoring & approval workflows setup to publishing and verification) • The candidate should have excellent analytical skills and be able to sieve through large and often conflicting data to develop key insights. • High energy, self-motivated and independent. • Strong written and oral communication skills with capability to deliver informative, well-organized business documentation. Responsibilities: • Elicit, analyze and document business and functional requirements • Translate high-level, complex business requirements into functional specifications • Understand business impact of the requirements and take complete functional ownership of the solution • Support business development and pre-sales • Analyze business and industry trends to form point of views • Build business value justification cases • Advisory role on IT Strategy, Applications portfolio optimization, governance and development processes We are specifically looking at Business Analyst for Marketing & Commerce with exposure and expertise in the following areas: • Any prior experience working on any of the below Digital Areas / Domains will be added advantage : Sales Stage Awareness Consideration and Evaluation Purchase/Conversion Loyalty/Advocacy Channels Nice to have : Domains (any or more shall be considered as an added advantage) Retail, Consumer Goods & Manufacturing Travel & Hospitality Banking , Capital Markets, Insurance & Financial Services Consumer Technology, Media & EntertainmentJob tags
