Job description

The primary responsibility of this role is to generate revenue from inbound leads and through outbound reach outs. The role will also include assisting customers to place orders and address their various servicing queries.

Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in any field Min 2-3 years of selling online (e-commerce) to small businesses / individuals Working experience in gifting / printing companies is a big plus.

Skillsets Primary:- 1. Self starter / Self drive 2. Sales Persuasion 3. Business Acumen : Understand customer - product - value proposition 4. Communication (spoken, verbal, listening) 5. Strong attention to detail 6. Strong project / task management 7. Strong time management skills with ability to multitask .

Secondary :- 1. Negotiation skills 2. Using sales tools, AI & Help Desk

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Outbound calling to Customers to make them aware of products and upsell / cross sell to maximize customer revenue per customer 2. Attending inbound queries and closing sales 3. Attending Customer Calls / emails to assist clients to place orders and respond to any of their queries related to products / timelines etc. 4. Getting estimates from estimation desk for custom inquiries and following up with clients for conversion 5. Handle and resolve customer complaints 6. Engage and build relations with customers to be able to convert and generate new business. 7. Manage all tasks via zoho tickets 8. Follow the desk processes and participate in ongoing sales and product training

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹34,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
