Job Title: Sr Manager/DGM: Head of IT (APAC)
Location: Mumbai
Experience Range: 10 to 15 years
Mode: Onsite
Days: Monday to Friday (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM).
Responsibility :
• Responsible for the management and administration of IT infrastructure, including maintenance of hardware, operating software, and supervision of outsourcing as part of contract management.
• Identifies the needs of the service in terms of budget, resources, and skills, and prepares and monitors the budget accordingly.
• Coordinates with all country managers in the Asia zone.
Production/IT Operations (Level 1, 2, 3)
• Defines and maintains SLAs to meet business challenges.
• Ensures the reliability of computer systems and data security, implementing backup and recovery plans.
• Coordinates and verifies the execution of computer processing in terms of quality, time, and cost.
• Ensures system and data security, including intrusion prevention and backup procedures.
• Implements and tests computer backup plans.
• Manages relationships with suppliers and ensures compliance with company standards and norms.
• Establishes and monitors activity dashboards periodically.
• Monitors and verifies the quality and cost of services provided by service companies.
• Manages IT processes and ensures compliance with Group cybersecurity policy and infrastructure standards.
• Manages the problem management process and collaborates with architecture teams (ITIL).
• Conducts root cause analysis of incidents and follows up on improvement plans.
Qualifications, Experience, and Role-Specific Knowledge/Skills
• Engineer with at least 10+ years of professional experience.
• Proficient in information technologies including Windows Server, AD, Virtualization, databases, network knowledge, and Azure Cloud.
• Customer-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Committed and open to learning new domains and technologies.
• Autonomous with the ability to work in a virtual team and with remote clients.
• Experience in companies with several thousand users and in international environments.
• Fluent in English Language.
