Job description

Positions and Accountabilities :

- Mapping the next initiatives to find new business opportunities.

- Having meetings with clients and concluding agreements for full facility management.

- Creating proposals, presentations, and business plans.

- Survey the site in conjunction with the operations group.

- Examining the most recent facility management services market trends.

- Ensure that the designated Region has an appropriate market penetration.

- Developing & Managing Strategic Accounts in the designated Region; Creating a Sales Team Strategy

Candidates Requirements :

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
