Assistant Manager (GRC - Governance, Risk & Compliance) Mumbai (Seeing candidate from BPO/KPO (Mandatory from Auditioning background)
Salary 7.5 to 8.5Lpa (Depending upon the round of interview)7- 9 years of experience into GRC. exp into ISO27001/ISO9001 Should be aware on 1st/2nd/3rd line of defense Should have hands - on experience into Information Security. should know GDPR - General Data Protection Regulatory. From BPO Background Excellent communication Immediate or with 30 days of notice period candidate only. A. Grade/Level: Lead - Compliance Key Responsibilities: Actively drive Compliance Process Implement and ensure adherence to BPS Compliance Framework for Customer Service Develop Audit checklists for Customer Service Perform Annual Audits of Projects / SOWs Ensure Client Risk Management requirements are adhered by First and Second Line of Defense Actively participating in client meetings / governance forums Support External Audits Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience of working as an Internal Auditor Relevant Experience in Customer Services Domain Awareness on ISO standards (ISO9001 and ISO27001) Hands on experience in preparing Management Reports and Risk Governance Presentation (Should be well versed in MS office Tools).
