Job description
Immediate - 10 days. Number of positions : 2 X Service Team lead. Skills : Microservices, Java Spring Boot, REST, React, AWS,MQ,API,GIT. Location : Bangalore, India (RGA Tech Park). Exp: 10 to 12 years.Key Responsibilities : Leadership and Team Management : - Lead and manage a team of Java developers, setting clear goals, managing project loads, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team. Microservices Architecture : - Design, develop, and implement microservices-based applications using Java Spring Boot. - Ensure services are loosely coupled, independently scalable, and built for failure resilience. RESTful Services Development : - Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable RESTful services. - Ensure all services are designed with optimal security and performance. Front-end Development : - Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic. - Experience with React is essential for seamless implementation. Cloud Environment Management : - Utilize AWS services for deploying, monitoring, and scaling applications. - Ensure best practices are followed in cloud security, storage, and computing. Messaging Queues : - Implement and manage messaging queues (MQ) for asynchronous communication between microservices, enhancing system reliability and performance. API Development and Management : - Design, develop, and maintain APIs ensuring they are secure, scalable, and performant. Manage API lifecycle and documentation. Version Control : - Use GIT for version control, ensuring code integrity and supporting collaborative development within the team. Best Practices and Standards : - Advocate and enforce best practices in software development, including Agile methodologies, code reviews, continuous integration (CI), and continuous deployment (CD). Requirements : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 10-12 years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on microservices, Spring Boot, and RESTful services. - Proven experience with front-end technologies, specifically React. - Solid understanding of AWS cloud services and architecture. - Experience with messaging queues (MQ) and API development. - Proficient in version control using GIT. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities. - Agile/Scrum methodology experience. Preferred Qualifications : - Certifications in Java, AWS, or relevant technologies. - Experience in financial services or fintech industries. - Knowledge of additional cloud platforms (Azure, GCP).
