Customer Relations Executive (Hindi Process)

Location: Padivattom Ernakulam

Salary: 20000 to 28000 per month

Qualifications: Any Degree

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer support and sales assistance in both Hindi and English.
  2. Handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls addressing customer inquiries and needs.
  3. Engage in meaningful conversations with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  4. Maintain a proactive approach to identify potential issues and resolve them promptly.
  5. Ensure that every customer interaction is personalized with no scripted responses.
  6. Collaborate with the team to contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
